Terms & Conditions
These terms cover your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. Read them before you order — they describe what you are agreeing to when you use the store.

1. About these terms
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the store.
- Who you are contracting with
- [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]
- Registered address
- [BUSINESS ADDRESS]
- Support contact
- [support@YOURDOMAIN]
2. Account registration
- You need an account to download files. Downloads are not served to guests.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done using your account.
- The email address on the account must be one you control. Order confirmations and download permissions are tied to it.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
- Give accurate details. False or fraudulent information voids the order and may result in suspension.
3. Purchases
- All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude any taxes or duties that your country may add on delivery. Any such charges are yours.
- Prices and availability can change before you check out. The price that applies is the one shown at the moment the order is placed.
- A contract is formed when the order is confirmed as paid. Screen shots of a basket, a wishlist or an abandoned checkout are not orders.
- An order may be refused or cancelled before payment is taken, for example if a price was listed in error or a product is withdrawn. You are refunded in full if you were charged.
- Any tax due on a purchase is yours to account for.
4. Digital downloads
Products are delivered electronically. There is nothing shipped, and nothing is sent by post.
- Files are released once the order reaches a completed state.
- A download is served through a WooCommerce-controlled address that verifies your session and your order. Links are personal to the purchasing account and must not be shared, published or resold.
- A product may cap how many times a file can be fetched, and WooCommerce enforces that cap. Attempts to exceed it count as abuse under section 9.
- You are responsible for keeping the files backed up. Re-downloading is the normal recovery path if you lose them.
More detail on the delivery process is in the software download terms.
5. Membership
Membership is sold as a separate product and provides access to products marked as member accessible for as long as the membership is active.
- A membership does not transfer ownership of anything. It grants access on the terms of the licence attached to each product.
- Products you bought individually remain yours and stay downloadable if a membership ends.
- A membership can be cancelled at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
- Plans, prices and renewal behaviour are set out on the membership terms page.
6. Subscriptions and renewal
Recurring plans renew at the end of each paid period unless cancelled beforehand. The price charged at renewal is the price published for the plan at that time. You are notified before a renewal is processed.
One-off purchases, including lifetime memberships, do not renew.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the store or the files you obtain from it. The acceptable use policy sets out the full list. In summary, you may not resell, redistribute, share or crack the files, probe or interfere with the site, automate abusive traffic, or use the store to host or distribute anything unlawful.
8. Licences and third-party products
- Buying from this store grants you the licence that came with the product. It grants nothing beyond it.
- Where a product is distributed under the GPL or a GPL-compatible licence, you keep the rights that licence gives you — including the right to inspect and modify the source. That is a right you have under the licence, not a favour from this store.
- A product distributed under a proprietary or commercial licence is governed by that licence, which may forbid redistribution or modification entirely.
- Product names, logos and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners. See the GPL & licensing page and the disclaimer.
9. Prohibited abuse
- Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing or publicly sharing a file, whether modified or not.
- Removing, obfuscating or altering copyright notices, licence headers or version metadata.
- Sharing download links or account access with anyone else.
- Circumventing download limits, licence checks or any technical restriction on a product.
- Scraping the catalogue, bulk downloading, or using automated systems to place or complete orders.
- Interfering with the site, or attempting to gain access to accounts or data that are not yours.
- Submitting false refund claims or chargebacks.
Breaching this section can lead to a download being withdrawn and an account being suspended. Where money has been taken, it may be retained where the breach makes a refund unavailable.
10. Refunds
Refunds are not automatic. Because a digital file can be downloaded and used immediately, each request is looked at on its own merits. The reasoning, the request process and the situations where a refund cannot be given are set out in the refund policy. Where those two documents conflict on a point of detail, the refund policy is the one that deals with refunds.
11. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. Downloads you have already paid for stay available until the end of any period already paid for, unless the account is closed for breach.
The store may suspend or close an account where there is a reasonable belief that these terms or the acceptable use policy have been breached, where a payment is fraudulent or reversed, or where the law requires it. Where money has been taken and the account is closed for breach, it may be retained in line with the refund policy.
These terms end when your account closes. Clauses that by their nature are meant to survive — including licensing, limitation of liability and governing law — continue to apply afterwards.
12. Availability and changes to the service
The store is provided on an as-available basis. Planned maintenance, hosting faults and events outside anyone's control can interrupt it. There is no guaranteed uptime figure, because none has been measured and none is promised here.
Products may be withdrawn, and prices, descriptions and licence terms may change. A change does not affect a licence you already hold: existing licences continue under the terms they were granted on. These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page reflects the last change.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows:
- The store is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
- Software is supplied by third-party developers. The store does not warrant their code, their continued maintenance, or that any product will meet a specific requirement you have.
- To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill is excluded.
- The store's total aggregate liability arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
- Liability for lost data or lost website content is excluded to the full extent permitted by law. Keep your own backups.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the store against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of a product licence, or your violation of a third party's rights.
15. Severability
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest of it stays in force and the unenforceable part is treated as modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of
The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive authority over any dispute. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you where you live.
17. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The revision date at the top of the page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the updated terms. Where a change materially affects a purchase you have already made, it does not apply retrospectively to that purchase.
