Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not do with this website and with the files you get from it. It is short on purpose and it is enforceable.

Using the website
- Do not attempt to gain access to accounts, orders or data that are not yours.
- Do not test, probe or scan the site for vulnerabilities without written permission.
- Do not interfere with the site's operation, including denial-of-service traffic, resource exhaustion, or deliberately breaking a function to see what happens.
- Do not scrape the catalogue — at a rate that degrades the service, or bulk-download files. Use the account download system for the files you are entitled to.
- Do not automate order placement, or place orders you do not intend to pay for.
- Do not upload or submit malicious content through the contact form or any other form on the site.
- Do not use the site to distribute malware, or to host or link to unlawful material.
Using the files
- Do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent or publicly share a file, modified or unmodified.
- Do not remove or obscure copyright notices, licence headers or version metadata.
- Do not share your account credentials or your personal download links.
- Do not circumvent download limits, licence checks, domain limits or any other technical restriction.
- Do not include a purchased file in a template or theme of your own that you then distribute.
- Do not upload a purchased file to a public repository, file host, torrent or code-sharing site.
Where a product is distributed under the GPL, the rights the GPL gives you — including modification and redistribution on GPL terms — are not affected by this policy. This policy restricts the store account and the download system; it does not remove rights the licence grants.
Using membership access
- Do not share membership access with people who have not bought it.
- Do not use a membership to obtain files you would not buy individually.
- Do not create accounts to work around membership limits.
Content you submit
When you send a support message you keep ownership of what you wrote. You grant the store permission to read it in order to answer you and to keep a record of the resolution. Nothing you submit is republished, resold or used as marketing.
Consequences
A breach can lead to a download being withdrawn, an account being limited or closed, and — where money has been taken — that money being retained, in line with the refund policy. Serious breaches may also be reported where the law requires it.
Where a breach is suspected, access may be restricted first and the account closed later, pending investigation. Restriction is not a finding of guilt.
If you think a restriction is wrong, contact support and it will be looked at.
